1. Introduction
Welcome to Do Bigha Zamin, a premium real estate advisory platform operated by Webfries IT Solutions Pvt Ltd. By accessing our website (dobighazam.in) or utilizing our advisory services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Role of Do Bigha Zamin
Do Bigha Zamin acts solely as an independent real estate consultant and authorized channel partner. We facilitate connections between buyers and Grade-A developers. We are RERA registered (Agent: Gaurav Mehrotra). However, we are not the developers or promoters of any property listed.
3. Accuracy of Information
While we conduct an extensive 200+ parameter due diligence on the properties we recommend, all final specifications, pricing, floor plans, and delivery timelines are the sole responsibility of the respective builder. Users must verify all details independently by reviewing the official Builder-Buyer Agreement (BBA) before executing any transaction.
4. No Brokerage Policy
Do Bigha Zamin does not charge buyers any brokerage fees for primary market (new project) transactions. Our compensation is provided by the developers directly out of their marketing budgets.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Webfries IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, or AI agents (including Priya) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or any real estate investment decisions made by the user.
